Your Questions, Answered

  • Welcome to Rise — we’re so glad you’re here. 🤍

If you’re new to reformer Pilates, we recommend beginning with our Beginner Foundations or Level 1 classes. These classes focus on learning proper form, breath, and control on the reformer.

To ensure safety and confidence, we ask that members complete a cumulative total of at least 20 beginner-friendly classes before advancing to higher-level formats.

  • Because reformer classes are intentionally small and often fill quickly, we kindly ask that members cancel in advance if they can no longer attend.

    Unlimited Memberships
Classes must be canceled at least 4 hours before class.

    Class Packages & Drop-Ins
Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours before class.

Late cancellations will incur a $10 late cancel fee.

  • If you do not show up for a reserved class:

    • A $15 no-show fee will be applied
    • Clients using class packages will forfeit the class credit

This policy helps ensure every reformer has the opportunity to be used.

  • If a class is full, you are welcome to join the waitlist.

If a spot opens, you will automatically be added to the class and notified.

The waitlist will close 2 hours prior to class. After that time, any remaining spots will become available for direct booking.

Please ensure you are able to attend before joining the waitlist, as our cancellation policies still apply once you are added to the class.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to settle in and set up your reformer.

For the safety and flow of class, we allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, entry may not be permitted.

  • Yes — grip socks are required for all classes.

They help prevent slipping on the reformer and help maintain a clean studio environment. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
